Great teaching tool
After having never played LAX, I had to learn the game from scratch in order to coach my sons' youth teams. Where we live, LAX is just now becoming the next big sport, so we had no legacy of coaches here to rely upon.
Needless to say, I sourced the internet and video libraries to find useful teaching tools. This is one of the best videos I found. Matt and team do a great job of teaching the individual and team fundamental skills combined with drills to develop those fundamentals.
Highly recommend this to youth LAX coaches at all levels.

I'm brand new to coaching youth lacrosse and this is my first Amazon review.
Bottom Line - great DVD set with non-stop youth lacrosse information. These 2 DVDs are created for the youth players to watch and 'absorb'.
From a coaching perspective, these DVDs are packed with drills and rock solid basics which every player should be taught early on.
