Levine is a master body worker
I liked this interview because it seems so honest and up front. Peter is very candid and connects with the audience as he relates his story. He's down to earth and has a layman's vocabulary that's easy to understand. I think this is a good DVD to buy if you haven't already read his other books like "In An Unspoken Voice" or "Freedom From Pain". I bougth it after I read the books and it did fill in some missing personal information and its a great way to get to know the author better. It's a great way to learn how to connect spirituality with physical trauma. PTSD is a very important topic and should be understood by everyone not just therapists. He is a master body worker that is sure to revolutionize talk therapy.
